Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement

 

By accepting this RSVP and joining us on board the Yacht Semaya:

Attendee’s Acknowledgment of Risk

 

I acknowledge that my participation in the yacht event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slippery surfaces, movement of the vessel, and potential falls

• Unpredictable weather or water conditions

• Risks associated with boarding and off-boarding a yacht on water with gang plank access

• Potential injury from equipment or marine wildlife

• Any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property

I voluntarily assume all such risks and understand that Move 37 Ventures LLC (M37) and its affiliates are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.

 

Release and Waiver of Liability

 

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge M37 its officers, employees, agents, and the yacht crew from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action related to injury, death, property damage, or other losses arising from my participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

 

Indemnification

 

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless M37 from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my actions, misconduct, or failure to comply with event safety guidelines.

 

Governing Law & Severability

 

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of Texas, USA, If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.
